Below are all 14 managers and the bios I wrote for each person ... ha ha. The order I placed
these teams is not a prediction of how the standings will be. :o(
Eric |
Shrimp & Grits -
Eric is another newcomer to the league. He
grew up in Georgia and loves his Georgia Bulldogs,
but recently moved to Denver.
He also became engaged this summer, as evident in that big smile on his face.
Eric works in the insurance field and regularly posts crazy stuff on Twitter.
As for shrimp and grits, oh my, what a redneck combination! :o)

Vince |
Buffs - At only five characters, the Buffs might be the shortest team name,
but don't be fooled, they have a lot of power and punch! Vince's Buffs are the 2009 reigning champions!
The Buffs dominated during the regular season with the highest total fantasy points, and handily
won it all in the post-season.
Vince is a northern Californian who will be a sophmore at the Colorado University this
fall.

Lisa |
Victor Victorias - Ah Lisa! This sassy blonde
is a good friend: She visited me on my birthday
four years ago,
toured Phantom Canyon Road with me and is
listed #1 on my Altitude Snob list.
Lisa's Victor Victorias have been bottom dwellers for the past three years. Her team has finished with records of
5-8, 4-9 and 4-10. That's bad, Lisa. You are the New York Mets of the league! That sucks for you! :(

 Shawn |
Flea Flickers - Speaking of bad teams, Shawn's Flea Flickers
are another team standing for futility, with woeful 5-9 and 5-8 in the last two years. To make matters worse,
Shawn lives on the miserable plains
of northeast Kansas. His teams may be terrible, but Shawn
is a good man. He is very involved in men's ministry and has a touching blog about Josie, one of
his daughters who has had ongoing health problems throughout her life.

Arnetta |
Houston Honeys - When Arnetta first met me on
Twitter,
she was convinced that I (Steve) was a
celebrity. That scored points with me! Now Arnetta is quite the honey.
She is a massage therapist in Houston who loves life, laughing and her Pittsburgh Steelers.
It took me a long time begging Arnetta to join the league, and she has never done fantasy football before.

Krista |
Noisy Hummingbirds - Krista
is obtaining her Ph.D. in something related to the sciences at Michigan State. The poor girl has
lived in the Midwest her whole life, and found my website after researching
mountain hikes in Colorado.
Krista is a bird watcher and especially loves
hummingbirds.
Awww, what a great team name! :) This is Krista's first year in the league.

Janet |
Hotlanta Divas - Janet of Atlanta
was a newcomer to fantasy football last year,
and her enthusiasm won her the "Newcomer of the Year" award. Chris Johnson and Aaron Rodgers led her Hotlanta Divas
into the first round of the playoffs ... not too shabby. Janet is a body builder and 6-foot tall. She was once
rumored to have a crush on me (Steve), but has since come to her better senses.

Brandon |
Radiators - Brandon Blaine is a multi-generation Coloradoan,
an IT guy who doesn't like computers
and Harley-Davidson motorcycle rider. He's a self-proclaimed "sucker" for dive
Mexican food
joints and graduated from Denver University. Brandon joined my league last year, and his Radiators finished 6-7.

Phil |
PhX Slam - Among all managers, I have known Phil the longest since 2001.
When my bike was stolen in Phoenix in 2008,
Phil was there to help. Over the years,
I also have pictures of his 1955 Chevrolet Truck (that he sold), our hike at Devil's Head Lookout Tower
and even when he ran for Hair Consultant.
Phil's Phoenix Slam have made the playoffs all three years of the league (2007-2009).
Last year, his team lost in the championship to the Buffs, although he
did earn the "Manager of the Year" award.

Glenda |
Texas Dirt Storm - In 2008, after starting 0-2,
it appeared the Texas Dirt Storm
were destined to repeat another losing season. But then her team got hot, made the playoffs and became the
league champion. In 2009, her team just missed with playoffs with a 7-6 record.
Glenda is an "old friend" from my website's previous forums.
She lives in west Texas, seems partial to Dallas Cowboys players and also hosted me when I
biked through west Texas.

Michael |
Steel Town Warriors - Michael is brand new to the league. He is
one of the most vocal appreciators and retweeters of my Colorado photography links.
He lives in Pittsburgh, was once a competitive eater
and runs in marathons.
Michael is a Pittsburgh Steelers fan
and was "pissed off" over how they did last year!
