DALLAS DIVIDE: Mountain Scenery Along The Way From Ouray To Telluride!

Ah, the San Juan Mountains! Here's a mini-pictorial of the scenery during my drive from Ouray to Telluride via Dallas Divide. I took this picture just north of the town of Ridgway. |

There is no official marker for the divide, but it's somewhere very close to the Ouray & San Miguel County line. I'm glad Ouray is a "right to farm" county ... Awesome! :) |

Now remember, I took all of these photos right from the highway. There's obviously a lot more to hike and explore throughout these rugged San Juan Mountains! ;) |
